As the driving force behind Channel of Blessing, He oversees all aspects of the organization, from strategic planning to program implementation. His leadership and passion inspire the team and drive the mission forward.
Meet Temitope Badmus
Temi, His wife, is a huge pillar of support actively working behind the scenes. Temi brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and a shared vision to the organization. Alongside Mr Adamson, they partnered to establish the organization and empower the younger generation through music and fellowship.
Meet Isiaka O. Adamson
Isiaka O. Adamson serves as a Coordinator and provides pastoral support at Channel of Blessing, playing an important role in guiding both the spiritual and day-to-day activities of the organisation.
He is deeply committed to nurturing faith, offering counsel, and creating a supportive environment where individuals can grow spiritually and personally. Through his pastoral care and coordination efforts, he helps ensure that programmes run smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on the organisation’s core values.
Isiaka is passionate about service, community building, and helping others find purpose, and he continues to be a steady source of encouragement and leadership within the Channel of Blessing family.
Meet Olawale C. Olawore
Olawale C. Olawore serves as the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Trustees at Channel of Blessing, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight across the organisation’s activities.
With a background in academic research, he brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to decision-making, helping to shape programmes that are both impactful and sustainable. He is particularly passionate about using knowledge and evidence to support initiatives that positively influence individuals and communities.
Olawale is committed to the organisation’s mission and plays a key role in guiding its growth, strengthening its structure, and ensuring its long-term impact.
Meet Kareem Motunrayo
Outside of this, Motunrayo is a passionate tech career advocate dedicated to helping individuals advance in the tech industry through resources and mentorship.
Meet Iyanuoluwa Afesojaye
Lydia is a versatile creative director with a strong design background, management, and communication background. She is an excellent team builder and plays a vital role in connecting the organization with the community.
She believes that community management is beyond managing, engaging, posting, and interacting; it is delivering the company’s goal and understanding why you are there. Being at the forefront, Lydia understands that she is the bridge and balance between the community and the company and has to be the voice for both.
